How can I return an item?
Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, order number, description of the product you wish to return, telephone number and reason for return. Customers can request the return or replacement of an order, in whole or in part, within 10 days of the delivery date. We will replace the shoe you have purchased, even with another model, or you can return the product and you will be sent a voucher to be used later. The customer has the right of withdrawal and refund of the order if the return request is sent within 10 days from the delivery date.

IMPORTANT: returned items must be new, unused, in the same condition in which they were received. The soles must be clean and must not show any signs of use.
What are the return costs?
The return costs are the same as the shipping costs of the order and are charged to the customer. They will be deducted from the total refund amount.
How long does the processing time for returns and exchanges take?
Returns have a processing time of 5-7 business days from the time we receive the package. The refund of the amount paid will take place within 30 days of receiving the return.
