How can I return an item?
You can send an e-mail to email@example.com including your name, order number, description of the product you wish to return, telephone number and reason for the return. You can request the return or replacement of an order (not valid for gift vouchers), in whole or in part, within 14 working days of receiving the product. We will replace the shoe you have purchased, even with another model, or you can return the product and you will be sent a voucher to be used later. You have the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal and request the refund of the order within 14 working days from receipt of the product.

IMPORTANT: returned items must be new, unused, in the same condition in which they were received. The soles must be clean and must not show any signs of use.
What are the return costs?
The return costs are the same as the shipping costs of the order and are charged to the customer.
How long does the processing time for returns and exchanges take?
Returns have a processing time of 5-7 working days from the moment we receive your communication and the returned product. The refund of the amount paid (including shipping costs) will take place within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
