Orders
I entered the wrong shipping address on my order. How can I solve?

I have placed an order but have not received any confirmation.
Make sure you have entered your email address correctly and that you are checking your junk mail. If you still can't find it, send us an email to info@scarpettadivenere.it to check that your order has been successful.
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed. Send us an email at info@scarpettadivenere.it.
Shipping
When will i receive my order?
Each order is processed and prepared in a maximum of 5 days, then the product is shipped by GLS courier on Italian territory and delivered within 3 days, while in the rest of the world with DHL Express, delivered within 7 days. The order will be shipped after receiving the payment from the customer. Delivery will take place from Monday to Friday during working hours from 8:00 to 18:30 to the customer's address indicated in the order.
Why haven't I received a tracking number?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive the tracking information in your inbox. If you can't find the email, be sure to check your junk mail. If even in this case you do not find anything, send us an email to info@scarpettadivenere.it.
Where is my package?
Customers receive an email from the courier, in which the tracking number for the order is provided. To track the status of a shipment in Italy, you can visit the website https://gls-group.com/IT/it/home and enter the tracking number received in the "shipping search" box. For international shipping, you can visit DHL's official website http://www.dhl.com and enter the tracking number received via e-mail in the "Track Your Shipment" area.
Do I have to pay taxes, duties or duties when picking up an order?
All orders to EU countries are not subject to extra costs. All other non-EU countries may be subject to additional costs. Please contact your local customs office to find out more.
Returns
How can I return an item?
You can send an e-mail to info@scarpettadivenere.it including your name, order number, description of the product you wish to return, telephone number and reason for the return. You can request the return or replacement of an order (not valid for gift vouchers), in whole or in part, within 14 working days of receiving the product. We will replace the shoe you have purchased, even with another model, or you can return the product and you will be sent a voucher to be used later. You have the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal and request the refund of the order within 14 working days from receipt of the product.

IMPORTANT: returned items must be new, unused, in the same condition in which they were received. The soles must be clean and must not show any signs of use.
What are the return costs?
The return costs are the same as the shipping costs of the order and are charged to the customer.
How long does the processing time for returns and exchanges take?
Returns have a processing time of 5-7 working days from the moment we receive your communication and the returned product. The refund of the amount paid (including shipping costs) will take place within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
