Read the directions and then send us ane-mail to info@scarpettadivenere.it, specifying in the subject "Custom shoe order request". 

Here's how we can create the shoe of your dreams:

1. Choose from the existing models of our production. We do not replicate models of other brands nor can we make custom-made models from scratch, because this would involve a much higher cost: we would have to make a prototype, buy the shapes, research materials ... in short, by now you know how difficult it is to make a shoe! You can find all the shoe models available on our site. 

2. Customize the colors of your liner, selecting the hides of the shades you prefer, among those available in the laboratory. We will send you by email some photos of the leathers, let us know in your request what your tastes are and what combination you would like to make.

3. Attention: we cannot modify the structure of the liner. It is therefore not possible to raise or lower the heel or change the shape of the model. Each shoe is born after months of study and tests, which guarantee the balance of weights and shapes; consequently modifying the structure of a model is equivalent to distorting it, creating a totally different shoe. 

4. The only structural change we make concerns the boots: we can make a tailored legging, both in height and in width, always taking into account the feasibility. 

Costs

The customization of a low shoe model provides for an increase of 20% compared to the list price, to which are added the usual 10€ of shipping costs.

Extraordinary customizations of a model (for example creation of a made-to-measure leg or variations for fit needs) involve a different price increase to be evaluated based on the modifications requested.

The creation of a personalized shoe takes approximately 30/40 working days.

After exploring our models, please remember to send us ae-mail to info@scarpettadivenere.it, with subject "Custom shoe order request", specifying the model you prefer and the shades you like best, so we can send you a selection of photos of leathers suitable for your shoe.

NOTE: There is no refund for shoes made to order, if they do not fit we can proceed to issue you a purchase voucher, after having made the return, of the same value as the shoe.
